This is delivered through face-to-face therapy sessions via Zoom, on a weekly basis. It will focus on developing new skills and/or addressing unhelpful patterns. Change delivers evidence-based approaches for pain itself and all other related problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns and difficult life circumstances.

What to expect

Therapy Cost

  • Change will follow on from Understand.

  • The initial session will focus on developing a shared formulation - identifying in more depth, what to work on, and which approaches to use.

  • It is difficult to predict in advance how many sessions will be needed, as everyone’s situation is different. If you decide to proceed with Change, I recommend starting with four sessions.

​​

  • After these four sessions, we will review whether you feel you are benefiting from the work. Progress may not always be reflected in immediate pain reduction and will include improvements in other areas important to you.

  • We will review progress every four sessions.

​Each therapy session on Zoom will be charged at £ 95 per hour.
