Find your way forwards. With so much conflicting information it’s easy to feel lost. I can help you make sense of what is going on, engage the resources that you already have, and identify how you need to get started. It's like having a personal map to guide you.

What to expect

Understand Cost

The Understand session is done over Zoom. It takes between 60 and 120 minutes and can be divided into manageable time segments to suit you. This will be agreed in the Free Consultation.

Before starting, I will send you a short questionnaire. This helps make the session more efficient, as it allows us to build on the information you provide. However, if you would prefer not to complete the questionnaire that is absolutely fine too.

During Understand we will explore which pain mechanisms are involved, and determine the best route forward. This involves talking about your pain, your life circumstances, what matters most to you and what progress you are aiming for.

By the end, we will have reached a place you can make more sense of what is going on with your pain. In addition, I will provide any relevant information you may need, along with suggestions on how to move forward.

Understand can be a standalone service, or you can move on afterwards to Navigate or Change. We will agree any costs in the Free Consultation session and this is just to give you an idea of what I charge:
